Monday to Friday: 8:40 AM — 15.30 PM

drop off and pickup protocols

We have put these protocols in place in order to mitigate congestion and health and safety breaches during these busy times of the school day and allow teachers to hand over the children to their caregivers safely.

morning drop off

  • Children are to stand in their class lines
  • Parents/Guardians are to stand by the red bricks, near the blue fence
  • Parents/Guardians who have a message to pass onto teachers, can do so briefly
  • During cold and wet weather, children will be let into the building straight away, without lining up
  • Parents/Guardians of children who have fully settled, do not need to enter the school building, as this can cause disruption, but rather stand with their class peers in line between 8:30 – 8:35am.

Afternoon pickup

  • Parents/Guardians are to stand by the red bricks, near the blue fence
  • Teachers of younger children will approach parents to handover their child(ren)
  • Teachers of older pupils will approach parents/guardians if there is a brief message or fedback that they need to communicate
  • Parents/Guardians must refrain from coming close to where the children are standing as this causes congestion
  • Parents/Guardians must refrain from approaching teachers from behind them in order to collect their child(ren).
  • If someone other than a named contact will be coming to collect a pupil (e.g. another parent/guardian in the school, friend or family member), the school must be notified directly via email. A password will be shared with the parent/guardian, which they must inform the collector of, before the child can be handed over.
