I would like to begin by extending a very warm welcome to our prospective parents and guardians, children and visitors.
Unique Academy is an Independent Islamic school which provides a calm, purposeful and safe Islamic environment for children from the age of 2 through to 11 years old.
Our school was born out of a clear vision to provide young children with a holistic education which serves the core purpose of nourishing their fitrah (natural disposition), taqwa (God consciousness) and Eemaan (faith) in line with the statement of our Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, which mentions,
“Every child is born upon the fitrah….” (Saheeh Bukhari, 1292)
We emphasise on nourishing the fitrah, as we understand the relationship between the spiritual, inner developmental psychology of each unique child and the impact that this can have on their mental well being and thus outward character and behaviour. This is also recognised in another hadeeth of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, which mentions,
“Verily, in the body is a piece of flesh which, if it is good, the entire body is good…truly, it is the heart. (Saheeh Bukhari, 52)
In light of this, we have developed a broad and balanced creative curriculum, which amalgamates Islamic education subject disciplines (Qur’aan, Arabic and Halaqah) and academic subject disciplines, in the form of 7 areas of learning in the early years and 12 National Curriculum subjects in Key Stage 1and 2, which are designed and delivered in a manner which fosters the holistic (all round/inner and outer) development of each child’s knowledge, skills and understanding as they progress through each year group.
The indoor activities and outdoor Forest School learning experiences as well as the wider concepts, skills set, universal values, principles and morals that we nourish , will help to develop children’s resilience as they embark on their learning journey and navigate life’s tests, striving to succeed, not only in this life also in the Hereafter, God Willing.
Unique Academy is a school where each unique child is valued and supported to learn, explore and achieve in order to reach their individual potential.

Alhamdulillah, we are truly blessed to have our child attend Unique Academy, where the pursuit of knowledge is harmoniously blended with strong Islamic values. We appreciate the efforts taken by each teacher not only to instill in our children the teachings of the Quran and the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) but also to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. The inclusion of physical activities in the curriculum not only benefits their physical health but also nurtures their social skills and teamwork.

We have also begun a fruitful partnership with Tiffin Girls Grammar School. This partnership entails a joint effort between Unique Academy and Tiffin Girls to strive for excellence.
