While the digital world brings many benefits, especially highlighted during recent lockdowns, it’s also important to be aware of its risks and ensure children use technology safely and appropriately.

Keep devices in shared spaces so children are supervised during screen time.
Regularly monitor the content your child accesses online.
Apply parental controls and safety settings on:
- Phones, tablets, laptops, and PCs
- Streaming platforms (e.g. Netflix, YouTube)
- Gaming consoles (e.g. Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo)
